yesterday took the day off of traveling and vacationing, we vegged out and just lived, relaxing and sleeping .... the only thing we did was go to wally world....

yesterday after a late start, we traveled less than a 100 miles to the Wal-Mart super center of Tewksbury Mass. about 30 miles from downtown Boston.
yesterday afternoon we drove for 3 or 4 hours to get to Charlies Seafood joint in Swampscott Mass.

the platter had haddock scrimp scallops and awesome clams with fries. Vicki ate 2 of the shrimp and tasted both the haddock and the scallops. I ate some of her greasy crab cakes.

Today is hump day of our vacation. We've been on the road since July 3rd and we'll be leaving Maine today.... 2 extra cool free days in Cabella's parking lot in Scarborough.
our last day was crammed packed, starting with the Portland Museum of Art, and finishing with a purchase of a Moxie Cola drink for our son... then on to Cape Elizabeth at Fort Williams, Casco Bay,
Homer Winslow's Prouts Neck and sitting on a start park bench and seeing a couple getting married at the light house of Fort Williams.

 

In 2008 we purchased this 2009 Monaco Safari 43' bath and half model PAQ,
400 hp Cat diesel ...  we now have 42,000 miles on our coach.
